Travel Insurance

We require that all persons have travelers medical insurance.
We strongly recommend trip cancellation and baggage insurance. Surf Adventure Tours does not reschedule or reimburse travelers if they miss departure for any reason including injury, trip delay or other reason. Insurance covers you for these unexpected events.



Baggage

Personal baggage is the owner's responsibility throughout the trip. Surf Adventure Tours or its representatives assume no liability for loss or damage to baggage in transit to and from surf charter trip or while on surf charter trip, in transit to and from trekking trip or while on trekking trip.



General Terms

We have a commitment to do our best to ensure your arrangements are satisfactory. We aim to portray a realistic vision of conditions on our charters and we accept no liability for any loss or damage sustained by as result of another paying passenger. Representatives of Surf Adventure Tours reserve the right to disembark passengers not complying with instructions and those whose mental or physical condition is objectionable to other passengers or become a hazard to themselves or other passengers, Surf Adventure Tours or its representatives will not be responsible for costs incurred by persons precluded from completing the journey for these reasons.



Medical and Health

It is vital that persons with a medical condition make them known to us well before departure, This will enable us to assess personal and group risk that may result from any event caused by a known medical condition. It is highly recommended to obtain medical insurance with a reputable insurance company prior to departure. Vaccinations for typhoid and hepatitis is advised as is malaria medication for precautionary measures.



Surf Conditions

We always hope for great surf, Unfortunately, there may be times when surf conditions are less than desirable and perhaps unsuitable for the less experienced surfer. Surf Adventure Tours or its representatives shall not be liable in the event, due to climatic or other reasons, that satisfactory surf is unavailable.

Limitations of Liability

Surf Adventure Tours and its owners, their agents and employees give notice that they act only as agent for the clients in making arrangements for hotels, transportation, restaurants, or any other service and do not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident or delay due to sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, mechanical breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, act of wars, weather or other circumstances beyond their control. Participation in our tours implies the travelers' agreement to the above conditions. Happy Surfing and Trekking !
